Effect of BrunnstromStaged Rehabilitation Program on Motor function and Neurological Function Recovery in Patients with Severe Craniocerebral Injury during Rehabilitation

Objective:To study the effects of Brunnstrom staged rehabilitation program on limb motor function and nerve function of patients with severe craniocerebral injury during rehabilitation.Methods:A total of 88 patients with severe craniocerebral injury in a hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.44 patients in the control group were given good limb position training,and 44 patients in the observation group were added with Brunnstrom staged rehabilitation program,then the limb motor function,neurological function and incidence of related complications were compared between the two groups.Results:Brunnstrom grading of observation group was better than that of control group after intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).NIHSS score of observation group was lower than that of control group,BI score was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of shoulder subluxation,varus foot and other complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of joint contracture and foot ptosis between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Brunnstrom staged rehabilitation program has a definite effect on patients with severe craniocerebral injury during rehabilitation,which can effectively improve limb motor function,promote neurological recovery and reduce the incidence of related complications,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
