输卵管妊娠疗效分析

目的：探讨输卵管妊娠的合理治疗方法以及预后因素。方法：回顾性分析2007-09/2008-08武汉市东西湖区人民医院收治的67例输卵管妊娠病例,按治疗方法分为中药组、保守性手术组及根治性手术组。比较其治疗后妊娠情况。结果：保守性手术组1a内宫内孕足月分娩1例,根治性手术组再次异位妊娠1例,中药治疗组无妊娠病例。结论：年轻有生育要求着宜行保守性手术,病情危急、包块较大、无生育要求着可行根治性手术,中药保守治疗费用低,治疗时间长,可用于生命征稳定,能较长时间住院及有随访条件者。

Analysis of Therapeutic Effects to Tubal Pregnancy

Objective：To investigate the rational therapeutic in treatment of tubal pregnancy.Methods：Documentary of 67 cases with tubal pregnancy were studied retrospectively from 2007.09 to 2008.08.Three treatment methods were given included Chinese medicinal herbs,conservative operation and radical surgery.Results：1 case met intrauterine pregnant in conservative surgery group,and 1 case met anather tubal pregnancy in radical surgery group in one year,no case met pregnancy in Chinese medicinal herbs group.Conclusion：Conservative operation is suitable for the young women who hope to preserve fertility,radical surgery is suitable for the women whom have no hope to preserve fertility or with bulky lesion,Chinese medicinal herbs has no trauma and cheap and has long follow-up.
