| 摘 要： | 目的探讨酸味中药复方防治糖尿病血管病变的机制。方法采取腹腔注射小剂量链脲佐菌素配合高热量饮食的方法复制2型糖尿病大鼠模型。将大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、氨基胍（AG）组和中药组。给药8周和12周末处死大鼠,采用荧光法和原位杂交法分别检测大鼠主动脉晚期糖基化终产物（advancedglycation end products,AGEs）含量和细胞间黏附因子-1（intercellular adhesion molecule-1,ICAM-1）基因表达。结果模型组大鼠主动脉AGEs含量和ICAM-1基因表达量均显著高于正常组（P〈0.05）;中药组和AG组主动脉AGEs含量和ICAM-1基因表达量显著低于模型组（P〈0.05）。结论酸味中药复方可能通过降低糖尿病大鼠主动脉AGEs含量、下调ICAM-1 mRNA的过度表达达到延缓和治疗糖尿病血管病变的目的。
