| 摘 要： | 目的探讨抗生素相关性腹泻发生情况和相关因素，为提高临床合理用药,减少或避免不良反应提供参考。方法统计2006-2007年我院22454例使用抗生素的住院患者发生相关性腹泻的发病率，并对导致抗生素相关性腹泻因素进行调查和分析。结果抗生素相关性腹泻的发生与其种类、抗生素联用、用药时间、患者年龄、预防性用药等因素有关。 结论合理应用抗生素、针对易感患者应用预防性微生态制剂对预防抗生素相关性腹泻有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the situation and related factors of antibiotic associated diarrhea (AAD) in our hospital. Methods 2 245 patients with antibiotics in our hospital from 2006 to 2007 were studied, and incidence rate and main factors of AAD were investigated and analysed retrospec-tively. Results The main factors for AAD are the kinds of antibiotics, age of patients and length of their hospital stay, etc. Conclusion Rational use of antibiotics and prophylactic usage of microecologics are the keys to prevent AAD in hospital. |
