阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗急性进展性脑梗死

目的：观察经阿司匹林治疗后病情仍加重的急性进展性脑梗死（APCI）患者，联合使用氯吡格雷治疗的临床疗效及安全性。方法75例APCI 患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组36例和对照组39例。治疗组用阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗，对照组单用阿司匹林治疗。在治疗前后对2组患者进行斯堪的那维亚（SSS）评分。结果治疗组的病情进展持续时间较对照组显著缩短（P＜0.01）；病情进展达高峰时和发病后2周，治疗组的 SSS评分均高于对照组（均P＜0.01）。治疗组仅1例患者出现双下肢皮肤少量瘀点。结论阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷可延缓APCI 的进展，且安全性高。

Aspirin Combined with Clopidogrel for Acute Progressive Cerebral Infarction

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of combined treatment with aspirin and clopidogrel in patients with acute progressive cerebral infarction （APCI）after aspirin therapy. Methods Seventy-five patients with APCI were treated with aspirin alone （control group, n=39） or in combination with clopidogrel （treatment group, n=36）.The Scandinavian Stroke Scale （SSS） scores were recorded in both groups before and after treatment. Results Compared with control group, the duration of disease progression decreased and the SSS scores increased at the peak of disease progression and 2 weeks after disease onset in treatment group （all P〈0.01）. Only 1 patient had small amount of skin petechiae in both lower extremities in treatment group. Conclusion The combined treatment with aspirin and clopidogrel can safely delay the progression of APCI.
