布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管哮喘的疗效

目的观察布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入对小儿支气管哮喘的治疗效果。方法将80例支气管哮喘患儿按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组接受常规对症治疗(支气管扩张、抗病毒、抗生素药物及保持酸碱与液体平衡);观察组在对照组治疗的基础上应用布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗。对2组患儿的疗效,咳嗽、喘憋、肺部哮鸣音及湿性啰音的改善情况,临床症状消失时间及不良反应进行比较。结果观察组总有效率为95.0%,对照组总有效率为80.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组咳嗽、喘憋及肺部哮鸣音、湿性啰音的消失时间均明显短于对照组(均P<0.05)。2组均未见明显的不良反应。结论布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管哮喘有很好的疗效,不仅能缩短疗程,提高治愈率,且具有较高的安全性,是治疗小儿支气管哮喘一种较好的方法。

Curative Effect of Aerosol Inhalation of Budesonide and Salbutamol on Bronchial Asthma in Children

Objective To observe the curative effect of aerosol inhalation of budesonide and salbutamol on bronchial asthma in children. Methods Eighty children with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 children in each group. Patients in control group were treated with conventional symptomatic treatment （bronchodilator drugs, antiviral drugs,antibiotics,and maintenance of acid-base balance and fluid balance ）.On the basis of symptomatic treatment, patients in observation group were given aerosol inhalation of budesonide and salbutamol.The efficacy, improvement in coughing,wheezing,lung wheezing sound and moist rales,time to clinical symptom disappearance,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with control group, aerosol inhalation of budesonide and salbutamol significantly increased the total effective rate （95.0% vs 80.0%,P〈0.05）and shortened the time to clinical symptom disappearance （P〈0.05）. No obvious adverse reactions were found in both groups. Conclusion Aerosol inhalation of budesonide and salbutamol is effective and safe for shortening the treatment course and improve the cure rate in children with bronchial asthma.
