摘    要:目的:探讨肾上腺素+利多卡因应用于透析用颈内静脉长期导管置管术中的疗效及安全性。方法将行颈内静脉长期导管置管术的26例患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组13例。对照组予利多卡因局部浸润麻醉,试验组予肾上腺素+利多卡因行局部浸润麻醉,比较2组患者血压、心率、心律、自觉症状以及出血量的变化。结果2组均无明显自觉症状,2组局部麻醉前及术后1 h血压、心率比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);试验组术中及术后出血量显著少于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论利多卡因联合肾上腺素应用于颈内静脉长期导管置管术中止血效果好,安全性好。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of epinephrine combined with lidocaine in long-term internal jugular venous catheterization in blood purification. Methods Twenty-six patients undergoing long-term internal jugular venous catheterization were given local lidocaine infiltration anesthesia alone (control group, n=13) or in combination with epinephrine (experimental group, n=13). The blood pressure, heart rate, cardiac rhythm, subjective symptom and blood loss were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant subjective symptoms between the two groups. There were no significang differences in HR,BP,before topical anesthesia and postoperative 1 hour between the two groups ( P〉0 . 05 ) . However , intraoperative and postoperative blood loss in experimental group was significantly less than that in control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The combin-ed application of epinephrine and lidocaine is effective and safe for hemostasis in long-term internal jugular venous catheterization.
