炎琥宁联合头孢曲松钠治疗小儿急性肺炎的疗 效

目的 探讨炎琥宁联合头孢曲松钠治疗小儿急性肺炎的临床疗效与安全性.方法 将60例小儿急性肺炎随机分为2组：对照组30例在常规治疗基础上给予头孢曲松钠50～80 mg·kg-1·d-1静脉滴注,1～2次·d-1;观察组30例在对照组治疗基础上给予炎琥宁5～10 mg·kg-1·d-1静脉滴注,1次·d-1.10d为一个疗程.比较2组治疗后临床症状与体征的改善时间及2组的临床疗效,观察治疗期间2组不良反应发生情况.结果 观察组总有效率为96.67％,明显高于对照组的76.67％ （P＜0.05）.治疗后观察组患儿体温恢复正常时间、咳痰消失时间、啰音消失时间及胸片炎症消失时间均较对照组明显缩短（P＜0.05）.2组治疗期间均未见明显的心、肝、肾及血液等不良反应.结论 炎琥宁联合头孢曲松钠治疗小儿急性肺炎疗效确切,且安全.

Effect of Dehydroandrographolide Succinate Combined with Ceftriaxone Sodium on Acute Pneumonia in Children

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of combined treatment with dehydroandrographolide succinate and ceftriaxone sodium in acute pneumonia in children. Methods Sixty children with acute pneumonia were divided into two groups. All patients were given conventional therapy. In addition, patients were intravenously administered ceftriaxone sodium 50-80 mg. kg. d-1 once or twice daily （control group, n=30）or in combination with dehydroandrographolide succinate 5-10 mg. kg.d-1 once daily （observation group,n=30）. The course of therapy was 10 days. The time to improve- ment of symptoms and signs, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group（96.67% vs 76.67% ,P〈O.05）.Moreover, time to body temperature restoration, time to expectoration disappearance, time to rale disappearance and time to inflammation disappearance in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group （P〈0.05）. No adverse reactions were found in heart, liver, kidney and blood in all patients. Conclusion The combined treatment with dehydroandrographolide succinate and ceftriaxone sodium is effective and safe for acute pneumonia in children.
