电子阴道镜在宫颈病变中的应用体会

目的：探讨电子阴道镜（简称阴道镜）在宫颈病变中的应用价值。方法对150例宫颈病变患者行阴道镜检查，并与病理学检查进行对照，评估阴道镜对宫颈病变的诊断价值。结果150例患者阴道镜检查结果与病理检验结果符合率为95.33%，其中宫颈息肉、宫颈湿疣及宫颈浸润癌符合率为100.00%，宫颈上皮内瘤的符合率为81.82%。结论阴道镜对宫颈癌的早期诊断的具有较强的敏感性和特异性，是临床早期发现宫颈疾病的重要手段之一。

Application of Electronic Colposcope in Patients with Cervical Lesions

Objective To investigate the value of electronic colposcope in the diagnosis of cervical lesions. Methods The colposcopy was performed in 150 patients with cervical lesions. In addition, colposcopy results were compared with pathological examination results to evaluate the value of colposcopy in the diagnosis of cervical lesions. Results The coincidence rate of colposcopy and pathological examination was 95.33% for cervical lesions, 100.00% for cervical polyps, cervical condyloma and invasive cervical carcinoma, and 81.82% for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Conclusion The colposcopy is an important means of early detection of cervical lesions and has high sensitivity and specificity in the early diagnosis of cervical cancer.
