阿德福韦酯抗乙型肝炎病毒所致肝纤维化的临床疗效观察

目的观察阿德福韦酯抗乙型肝炎病毒所致肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法将134例慢性乙肝患者随机分为A、B组,A组给予阿德福韦酯及基础保肝治疗,B组给予基础保肝治疗加复方丹参治疗,均治疗12周。观察治疗前、后2组血清玻璃酸酶、层粘连蛋白、Ⅲ期前胶原肽、Ⅳ型胶原的变化。结果治疗后A组4项指标与B组相比均明显降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论阿德福韦酯是治疗乙型肝炎病毒所致肝纤维化有效药物之一。

Clinical Efficacy of Adefovir Dipivoxil in the Treatment of Hepatic Fibrosis with Hepatitis B Vurus

Objective To study clinical efficacy of Adefovir Dipivoxil （ADV） in the treatment of patients with hepatic fibrosis caused by hepatitis B virus. Methods 134 chronic HB patients were divided into two groups randomly,patients The group A received Adefovir ADV and basie treatment, in group B received basic treatment and compound danshen root, all for 12 weeks, 4 marks of hepatic fibrosis （ hyaluronic acid, laminin, type Ⅲ procollagen peptide, type Ⅳ collagen）were determined before and ＇after treatment. Results Compared with group B, marks of hepatic fibrosis were obviously reduced in group A after treatment, which were significantly differences between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ADV may be one of clinical practical value in treatment of hepatic fibrosis caused by hepatitis B virus.
