| Abstract: | Left sinus of Valsalva aneurysms particularly acquired type are rare reported cases in the literature. We present a fistularized large pseudoaneurysm of the left sinus of Valsalva into the left ventricle caused by atherosclerotic changes in a 61-year-old man presenting with dyspenea and three episodes of chest pain since one month prior to surgery. We describe its characteristics, surgical approach and associated lesions. |
