肾外伤的CT诊断价值与临床意义

目的 评价不同程度肾外伤的CT表现及其临床意义。方法 回顾性分析S0例肾外伤的CT表现。结果50例中，轻型26例，CT表现肾损伤、肾内血肿；中型15例，CT表现肾挫裂伤；重型9例，肾完全性断裂或粉碎。CT正确诊断率为100％，其中30例手术与CT分型符合率为83．3％。结论 CT检查能准确、迅速估计损伤范围、程度及腹部合并损伤，为临床治疗提供重要信息。为影像检查之首选。

Diagnostic value and clinical meaning of CT examination in injury of kidney

Objective To evaluate the CT representation and clinical meaning of different extent renal injury. Methods The CT representation of 50 patients of renal injury were analyzed retrospectively. Results 26 patients in light group had renal trauma, renal hemorrhage on CT representation; 15 patients in medium group had contusion of renal parenchyma on CT representation;9 patients in heavy group had kidney broken all to pieces on CT representation. The CT diagnosis rate was 100%. The operation type and the CT type matched at the rate of 83.3% among 30 of them. Conclusion CT scans can evaluate the renal trauma area, extent and concomitant damage of abdomen quickly and exactly,offer the important information for clinical treatment and it is the first choice of image examination.
