| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨妇科疾病有手术指征的老年人进行腹腔镜手术的安全性及临床应用效果.方法 对2006年8月～2007年9月在我院行妇科腹腔镜手术的年龄≥60岁的老年患者(43例)及年龄<60岁的非老年患者(40例)进行回顾性分析.结果 老年患者合并症明显高于非老年患者,2者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).老年患者手术风险高于非老年患者.老年患者腹腔镜手术时间、出血量及发热天数与非老年患者对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),肛门排气时间及住院天数老年组长于非老年组(P<0.01),2组患者均在腹腔镜下顺利完成手术,无1例手术死亡及电损伤,无1例中转开腹.结论 老年妇女加强对合并症及围术期的处理,行腹腔镜手术是安全可行的.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the feasibility and safety of the laparoscopy to the elderly with surgical indications. Methods Forty three cases aged more than 60 years old and 40 cases aged less than 60 years old who were treated by laparoscopy in our hospital from August 2006 to September 2007 were analyzed retrospectively.
