| 摘 要： | 目的探讨温通针法对急性脑梗塞大鼠血浆糖蛋白含量的影响。方法选用健康Wistar大鼠,用线栓法直接阻断大鼠大脑中动脉制作急性脑梗塞模型,采用流式细胞仪测定脑梗塞大鼠血浆CD62P和CD63的含量。结果造模后脑梗塞组血浆CD62P,CD63均较假手术组显著升高;两治疗组血浆CD62P,CD63均较梗塞组显著降低,且温通针法较捻转针法降幅更为显著。结论针刺可以通过降低脑梗塞大鼠血浆糖蛋白含量,从而阻止或抑制血小板活化,达到防治脑梗的目的,而温通针法的作用优于捻转针法。
