| 摘 要： | 目的探讨头针对脑缺血再灌注模型大鼠脑源性神经营养因子（BDNF）表达的影响,探讨头针治疗脑缺血的可能机制。方法将70只健康Wistar雌性大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、头针组（模型组和头针组再根据缺血再灌注时间的不同,各随机分为7、14、28d3个亚组）。采用大脑中动脉线栓法制备大脑中动脉闭塞（MCAO）再灌注模型,选取顶颞后斜线,顶颞前斜线,进针后接韩氏穴位神经刺激仪,取疏密波,频率2Hz/100Hz,强度2mA,每次20min,每日1次。应用神经功能缺损评分（NSS）、免疫组织化学法观察脑缺血再灌注各时间点头针对模型大鼠神经功能缺损、缺血区海马齿状回（DG）BDNF含量的影响。结果头针组与模型组各时相上的组间比较,（1）NSS指标：第28日头针组的NSS显著低于模型组（P〈0.05）。（2）缺血区海马齿状回BDNF表达情况：假手术组与头针组和模型组比较有显著差异,头针组与模型组各时间相上组间比较,缺血再灌注7d时头针组与模型组差异有统计学意义。结论头针可通过增加内源性BDNF的含量以促进急性脑缺血再灌注损伤过程中神经干细胞的修复,实现对缺血脑组织保护的目的。
