低分子右旋糖酐和复方丹参对缺血性心脑血管疾病患者血液流变学的影响

摘    要:研究目的探讨低分子右旋糖酐(低右)和复方丹参治疗心脑血管疾病的血液流变学变化。研究背景目前缺血性心脑血管疾病的血液粘滞性增高已得到多数资料证明。但哪种药物对血液流变学影响明显,临床资料报道不一,其中较多的有蝮蛇抗栓酶和川芎嗪。我们使用低分子右旋糖酐和复方丹参治疗20例患者效果良好。研究方法治疗前抽空腹静脉血测定血液流变学指标,血粘度明显增高者用该药治疗两周后再抽空腹静脉血。自身对照血液流变学指标的变化。研究结果治疗前血液粘度明显增高,治疗后血粘度明显降低。全血比粘度、全血还原粘度、血浆比粘度、纤维蛋白原(P<0.005)、血球压积(P<0.01)均有高度显著性差异。结论使用低右和复方丹参治疗或预防血粘度明显增高的心脑血管病患者效果良好。

Abstract:Objective The present study was researchthe treatment mechanism of low moleculardextran and Salvia Mitiorrhizae for ischemiccardiO—cerebral vascular diseases. Background It is proved that the high bloodviscosity can result in ischemic cardio-cerebralvascular disease.But a conclusion have not yet ob—tained from clincal observation in which a drughas a significant effect on blood rheohogy forthese patients. Methods 20 patients(hypertansion 1 2 andAM I 8)were treated with low molecular dextranplus Compound Salvia Mitiorrhizae.Beforetreatment we drown lasting venous blood andmeasured the blood rheological indexes.The pa—tients with obviously increased blood viscositywere treated with the above drugs.After twoweeks we drown fasting venous blood again andmeasured the blood rheological indexes byauto-control, Results Before treatment blood viscosity is higher obviously, after treatment it reducedsignificantly.Whole blood viscosity reduced,plasma specific viscosity, fibronogen(P<0.005),hematocrit are significant difference. Conclusion Combination of 10w molecular dextran and Compound Salvia Mitiorrhzae can effectively treat and prevent from the cardio——cer-ebral vascular diseases in patients with remarkable raised blood viscosity.
