The role of charge nurse in enhancing the job satisfaction of nurses |

| Abstract: | It can not be ignored that the lower level situation of job satisfaction of nurses cause the negative impact on nursing service. As a basic nursing administrator the charge nurse must actively explore the methods and policy to enhance the job satisfaction of nurses. The good methods and attitude of charge nurse may play an important role in enhancing the job satisfaction of nurses effectively. |
