| 摘 要： | 目的评价三维动态增强(3D DCE)CT扫描对肝癌病人门脉受侵的诊断价值。方法57例病人在肝脏手术或门脉造影前接受门脉3D DCE CT检查,以手术或造影为标准,对171条门脉主干和分支血管的3DDCE CT扫描结果进行评价。结果手术或造影发现41支门脉血管受肿瘤侵犯,3D DCE CT扫描检出了41支病变血管中的35支,其准确性为85%。结论3D DCE CT扫描能较准确地判断肝癌病人门脉受累的情况。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the diagnostic value of the three dimension(3D) DCE CT scan for hepatocarcinoma patients with portal vein involvement.MethodsFifty-seven patients underwent 3D DCE CT of the portal vein systems before portography or operation on liver.A total number of 171 portal veins were studied and the 3D DCE CT results were compared with the findings of surgery or portography.ResultsBy surgery or portography,41 veins were found to be invaded by cancer,of which,35 were also detected by 3D DCE CT,the accuracy was 85%(35/41) for this technique.Conclusion3D DCE CT may comparatively be accurate in detecting the portal vein involvement in patients with liver cancer. |
