摘    要:目的了解口香糖制作包装过程中噪声的特点及其对作业工人听觉系统、心血管系统的影响并探讨防制策略。方法通过检测各车间噪声强度,调查职业病防护用品使用情况,分析114名口香糖制作工人职业性健康检查结果。结果挂糖作业噪声强度为93.9~97.1dB(A),粉糖作业噪声强度为88.3~100.6dB(A),包装噪声强度为79.8。92.8dB(A),成型作业噪声强度为86.0~86.4dB(A),87%的作业点均超过国家职业卫生标准;作业工人听力损失率为35.98%,听力损伤率0.9%。结论加强个人卫生防护、改善作业环境状况,是降低噪声对作业工人听觉系统伤害的主要手段。

Abstract: Objective] To reveal the characteristics of noise in the gum-making process and its effect on the auditory system and the cardiovascular system of the noise-exposed workers and explore relevant countermeasures. Methods ] Through detecting the noise intensity in the workshops and the protection facilities against occupational diseases, the occupational physical examination result of 114 workers was analyzed. Results] The noise intensity in the sugar-grinding workshop, gum-making workshop, gum-packing workshop and the gum-molding workshop were 93.9 - 97.1 dB ( A), 88.3 - 100.6 dB ( A), 79.8 - 92.8 dB (A) and 86.0 86.4 dB (A) respectively, 87% of the workshops exceeded the national hygienic standard; the rates of hearing loss and auditory injuries among the workers was 35.98% and 0.9% respectively. Conclusion] To strengthen the individual health protection, improve the work environment and reduce the harm of noise on the workers'auditory system are the major effective measures.
