| 摘 要： | 使用国产手术机器人妙手S进行胃穿孔修补术。术前对患者进行全面、准确的护理评估和有针对性的心理护理,术后密切观察病情,针对并发症进行有效预防与及时处理,做好饮食及出院指导,对手术顺利进行、患者顺利康复有着积极作用。

| Abstract: | We reported a case of gastric perforation repair operation performed by the first domesticsurgical robot, named Miaoshou. The comprehensive and accurate nursing assessments andtargeted psychological care were performed before the surgery. Close observation and care,effective prevention and treatment of complications, and nice guidance of diet were conductedafter the surgery. All of these measures exerted positive effects on successful operation and earlyrehabilitation for patients. |
