警惕国际贸易中的质量讹诈

随着国际贸易的发展,国际贸易欺诈案件时有发生,除了现有国际贸易资质欺诈、合同欺诈、价格欺诈、信息欺诈等几种形式外,国际贸易欺诈还出现了新的方式——质量讹诈。质量讹诈是国际贸易公司在中间业务中以质量问题为理由,以无中生有、威胁恫吓为手段,强行向他国进口商或者出口商索取财物的行为。对于外贸质量讹诈,中国受害厂商可以采取资信调查、严密合同质量条款、寻求救济、成立行业协会、建立网上预警平台等方式,应对和防范质量讹诈的发生。

Be Vigilant Against the Blackmail of Quality in International Trade

With the development of international trade,trade fraud cases occur frequently.Apart from the qualification frauds,contract frauds,price frauds and information frauds in international trade,a new way of trade fraud arises.It is the quality fraud.Quality fraud means that international trade corporations blackmail importers or exporters from a third coun-try for money or goods by intimidation with quality as an excuse.Chinese firms can take some measures,such as investi-gating credit,strictly defining contract terms of quality,taking self-relief,establishing trade associations and establish a platform of early web warning,so as to avoid such a fraud.
