摘    要:为从源头上提高人才队伍素质,严把人员入口关,我院人事部门在人员招聘工作中从完善制度、组织校园招聘会、优化流程、全方位考核和人文关怀入手,采取了一些切实可行的措施。本文对此做一简介,并分析其成效。

Abstract:To improve the quality of the talent contingent from the original source and check more strictly on the staff recruitment,the personnel affairs department of our hospital starts from system perfection,campus recruitment fair organization,flow optimization,overall examination and humanistic care and takes a series of feasible measures for the recruitment,obtaining better results.
