人细小病毒B19在结直肠癌中表达增强

目的探讨人类细小病毒B19感染与结直肠癌的关系。方法运用巢式PCR检测50例结直肠癌患者的肿瘤组织和对应的癌周结直肠组织以及10例正常成人结肠组织中的B19DNA,免疫组化检测B19结构蛋白VP1/VP2。结果肿瘤组织B19DNA阳性率为96%,显著高于癌周(60%)及正常对照(60%)。免疫组化显示,腺癌组织82%VP1/VP2蛋白表达,显著高于癌周组织(30%)及正常对照(20%)。结论人细小病毒B19可能在结直肠癌的发生中起一定作用,为探讨结直肠癌的发病机制提供新思路。

Enhanced expression of human parvovirus B19 in colorectal cancer

Objective To explore the possible relationship between parvovirus B19 and colorectal cancer.MethodsThe parvovirus B19 was detected by nested-PCR and immunohistochemistry in 50 cases of paraffin-embedded tumor tissues and matched tumor-adjacent tissues from patients with colorectal cancer,as well as 10 cases of normal colons.Results B19 viral genome was found in 96% of tumor tissues,which is significantly higher than that in tumor-adjacent tissues(60%)and normal controls(6/10).B19 viral protein of VP1/VP2 was detected in 82% of tumor tissues,30% tumor-adjacent tissues and 2 out of 10 normal colon tissues respectively by immunohistochemistry.The difference between tumor and tumor-adjacent tissues was significant.Conclusion Parvovirus B19 infection is preferentially located in colorectal carcinoma lesion,and might play a role in the carcinogenesis of colorectum.
