卵巢异位囊肿囊内液中VEGF、IL-8的测定及其意义

目的了解卵巢子宫内膜异位症患者异位囊肿囊内液中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)的水平。方法收集13例卵巢异位囊肿的囊内液为内异症组,以12例卵巢单纯囊肿为对照,应用酶联免疫吸附分析法(ELISA)分别测定VEGF、IL-8水平。结果①内异症组分别为82.6±17.6ng/L和207.3±33.3ng/L,高于对照组的19.4±10.0ng/L和80.2±11.3ng/L,有显著性差异(P<0.01);②IL-8水平与异位囊肿直径呈负相关,VEGF水平与囊肿直径无相关性(r=-0.401,P>0.05);③VEGF、IL-8水平与RAS评分无相关性,P>0.05。结论VEGF和IL-8两种血管生成因子可能是卵巢子宫内膜异位症发病机制中的一个重要因素。

Detection of levels of VEGF and IL-8 in fluid of ovarian endometriomata and its significance

Objective To detect the levels change of VEGF and IL-8 in the fluid of the ovarian endometriomata. Methods The VEGF and IL-8 levels in the fluid o f 13 patients with ovarian endometriosis and 12 patients with follicular cysts w ere determined by ELISA. Results ①The level of VEGF and IL-8 in the fluid of the ovarian endometriomata were (82.6±17.4)ng/L and (207.3±33.3)ng/L, which we re significantly higher than those in the control group ((19.4±10.0)ng/L and (8 0.2±11.3)ng/L) (P<0.01). ②The level of IL-8 in the fluid of the ovarian endome triomata was negatively correlated with the diameter of the ovarian endometrioma ta masses while the level of VEGF has no correlation with the diameter of the ov arian endometriomata masses (r=-0.594,P<0.05). ③The levels of VEGF and IL-8 wer e no significantly correlated with the RAS scores (r=-0.401,P>0.05). Conclusion VEGF and IL-8 are important factors that may contribute to the pathegenesis of ovarian endometriosis by promting neovascularization.
