| 摘 要： | 目的观察乌拉地尔与多巴胺联用治疗急性充血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法选择高血压性心脏病18例，冠心病14例，扩张型心肌病6例，风湿性心脏病4例。在常规治疗基础上联合应用乌拉地尔和多巴腩，疗程5d。观察患者用药前后收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）、心率（HR）、心脏指数（CI）、心排血量（CO）及左室射血分数（LVEF）的变化。结果用药前后SBP、DBP均明显下降（P〈0．01）。CI、CO、LVEF明显增加（P〈0．01）。结论乌拉地尔联合多巴胺治疗急性充血性心力衰竭有明显疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of urapidil plus dopamine on acute congestive heart failure.Methods 42 patients,including 18 hypertensive cardiopathy,14 coronary heart disease,6 ectaric myocardiopathy and 4 rheumatic cardiopathy,were enrolled in this study.Every patient received urapidil and dopamine treatment,besides the usual treatment.Before and after combined use of urapidil and dopamine,the SBP,DBP,HR,CI,CO and LEVF were measured.Results After the treatment,the SBP,DBP,significantly decreased in comparison with those before medication(P<0.01),and CI,CO,LVEF significantly elevated(P<0.01).Conclusion There is obvious therapeutic efficacy of combined use of urapidil and dopamine on acute congestive hearet failure. |
