| 摘 要： | 血管性抑郁作为抑郁的一种亚型，在临床表现、影像学特征和治疗转归等方面均有特殊性。文章就血管性抑郁的定义、分类、发病机制、临床表现、诊断、治疗和转归进行了综述，着重介绍了近年来支持血管性抑郁假说的临床证据，并对血管性抑郁与血管危险因素、脑血管病和痴呆的关系进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | As a subtype of depression, vascular depression has its particularity in clinical manifestations, neuroimaging characteristics, and treatment outcome. The article reviews the definition, classification, pathogenesis, clinical manifestation, diagnosis, treatment and outcome of vascular depression. We focus on describing the recent clinical evidence that supports the hypothesis of vascular depression, and discuss the relationship of vascular depression and vascular risk factors, cerebrovascular diseases and dementia. |
