| 摘 要： | 本文报告14例枢椎椎弓骨折，仅1例有脊髓损伤症状，且于短期内恢复。该骨折以非手术疗法为主，本组14例疗效满意。由于枢难解剖结构较特殊，故其损伤机制及治疗方法亦有其特殊性，作者对此进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | Fracture of the axis arch does not necessarily occur in hanging, bat may follow a variety of forces exerted on the cervical spine The displacement is usually marked after fracture, yet the concomitant spinat cord injury is tess common owing to the accom paniment of the increase in the anterior-posterior diameter of the spinal canal following fracture. Three cases of fracture of the arcs arch with second cervical nerve roots injury were reported. The mechanism of this type of injury was briefty discusscd. |
