激光间质热疗法中光纤终端形状对加热区域影响的研究

摘    要:目的探讨在激光间质热疗法中光纤终端的形状对组织加热区域的影响。方法利用Ansys有限元软件,构造导入光纤不同的终端形状,模拟它们在组织中形成的加热区域。结果运用Ansys模拟的激光通过不同形状的光纤终端在组织中所形成的加热区域,符合生物组织的热传导规律与文献中的实验结果能较好的符合,达到了模拟的目的。结论组织中温度场的改变与加热光纤的形状有着密切的关系。模拟结果可以清楚地显示出组织中温度场的分布。这种模拟不仅为临床治疗从理论和实验上提供了参考,也为加热光纤的改进提供参考数据。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence of shape of guided optic fiber in bio-tissue on thermal zone formed by laser irradiation in laser-induced interstitial thermotherapy (LITT). Methods Using software of finite element built up different shape of guided optic fiber in bio-tissue and simulated the thermal zone formed by laser irradiation. Results The formation of using Ansys simulated thermal zone by laser irradiation through different shape of guided optic fiber accorded with law of thermal conduction and experimental results from literature references. Conclusions Change in temperature field correlates with the shape of guided optic fiber nearly. Distribution of temperature field is clearly in result of simulation. The result of simulation can give reference for clinical therapy on theory and experiment and for retrofit of guided optic fiber.
