颌骨中心性粘液表皮样癌临床、Ｘ线、病理学研究

目的：对１１例罕见的颌骨中心性粘液表皮癌（ＣＭＣＪ）的临床资料，Ｘ线表现和病理特征进行分析研究，在国内首次提出ＣＭＣＪ的Ｘ线特征分型，以期为临床提供帮助，方法：对１９７５年－１９９９年间１１例经平理确诊的ＣＭＣＪ的临床表现，影像学特征，组织病理改9变分析研究，结果：１１例ＣＭＣＪＸ线分五型，（１）多囊型；（２）单囊形；（３）骨破坏型，（４）“火焰”状型，（５）发生在上凳骨ＣＭＣＪ由于上颌窦的存在，表现复杂，结论：ＣＭＣＪ的Ｘ线表现非常复杂，Ｘ线分型有助于对ＣＭＣＪ治疗，预后提供依据，Ｘ线分型与肿瘤恶性程度有一定关系。

Central mucoepidermoid carcinoma of the jaws a clinical,radiologic,and pathological study

Objective This study evaluated the clinical data,radiological andpathological of 11 rare central mucoepidermoid carcinoma of jaws(CMCJ) and defined the types of radiological presentation as CMCJ. Methods 11 cases between 1975 and 1999 with the diagnosed pathologically as CMCJ were analysed in terms of clinic data,radiographic images,histopathology and treatment. Results CMCJ in 11 cases were classifed in five types:multicystic type;unicystic type;osteolytic type;“flame shape'type.In the maxilla where the tumor can spread to the maxillary antrum,it produces more complex presentation. Conclusion CMCJ produces more complex presentation.We consider that the radiographic classification is useful in considering the treatment method and the prognosis of the CMCJ.Defined the types of radiological presentation of the CMCJ is connected with tumor malignant degree.
