波依定对高血压病患者24小时的影响

目的：观察钙离子拮抗剂波依定缓释胶囊对２０例高血压病患者的降压疗效。方法：采用随机单盲方法，运用２４小时动态血压监测。结果：波依定能显著降低血压，降低２４小时平均和白天平均血压幅度大于降低夜间平均血压幅度，能有效控制清晨血压高峰期的血压，降压谷／峰比值超过６５％。结论：波依定每日服用一次能有效控制２４小时血压及清晨醒后的高峰期血压。

The efficacy of once daily PLENDIL on 24 hour blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the antihypertensive effects of PLENDIL in 20 pationts with essential hypertension. Methods A randomized. Single blood study was performed and blood pressure was measured by 24 hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring. Results PLENDIL significantly reduced blood pressures. PLENDIL had grater reduction of 24 hour mean and daytime mean ambulatory blood pressures than that of nighttime mean. The repid rise in blood pressure in the morning hours was well controlled by PLENDIL. The trough to peak ratios of systolic and distolic blood pressures of PLENDIL were all above 65%. CONCLUSION:PLENDIL used once daily could control 24 hour effectively in patients of essential hypertension.
