黏膜下微型电动切削器下鼻甲部分切除加骨折外移术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的疗效观察

目的观察黏膜下微型电动切削器下鼻甲部分切除加骨折外移术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的疗效。方法随机选择130例慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者,65例行下鼻甲黏膜下微型电动切削器部分切除加骨折外移术(A组),45例行鼻内镜下鼻甲部分切除术(B组),20例行下鼻甲射频治疗(C组),术后随访6个月~1年。结果A组治愈46例,好转19例,B组治愈30例,好转15例,C组治愈15例,好转4例,无效1例,3组患者疗效间差别无统计学意义(P=0.892)。结论黏膜下微型电动切削器下鼻甲部分切除术加下鼻甲骨折外移术对慢性肥厚性鼻炎,因下鼻甲黏膜下纤毛结构保存好,有良好的治疗效果。

Partial Excision of the Inferior Turbinate with Mini-electrical Cutter plus Fractured-bone Removing in Treatment of Chronic Hypertrophic Rhinitis

Objective To investigate the effect of submucosal partial excision of the inferior turbinate with mini-electrical cutter plus fractured-bone removing technique in treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis.Methods Totally 130 patients with chronic hypertrophic rhinitis patient were randomly enrolled,of which 65 cases were given submucosal partial excision of inferior turbinate with mini-electrical cutter combined with fractured-bone removing technique (group A),45 cases given partial excision of inferior turbinate under nose endoscope (group B),and 20 cases given radio frequency therapy of inferior turbinate (group C),The postoperative follow-up was made for 6 months to 1 year.Results In group A there were 46 cases who were cured and 19 cases who got improved; in group B there were 30 cases who were cured and 15 cases who got improved; and in group C there were 15 cases who were cured,15 cases who got improved and 1 case who was no responded.There was no significant difference in effect among the three groups (P=0.892).Conclusion S partial excision of the inferior turbinate with mini-electrical cutter plus fractured-bone removing is of good therapeutic effect for inferior turbinate hypertrophy of chronic rhinitis,with the merits such as complete reservation of submucosal ciliary structure of the inferior turbinate.
