| 摘 要： | 目的 了解肺结核患生存质量及相关因素。方法 采用问卷方式对132例肺结核患的生存质量调查，并与普通整体社区人群进行比较分析。结果 肺结核患的生存质量在生理、心理、社会关系领域均比普通社区人群的生存质量低，菌阴与菌阳之间、不同性别之间、不同生活习惯患之间生存质量也有差异。结论 肺结核患的生存质量低，在化疗的同时，不但要关注其躯体康复，还必须提高他们的生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the life quality of pulmonary tuberculosis patients, and its related factors. Methods 132 tuberculosis patients were studied using WHOQOL BREF and the self designed General Information Questionnaire. Results The quality of life of tuberculosis patients was much lower than healthy people on their physical, psychological, social factors. It also showed differences between people with smear (+) and smear(-) , between men and women and among the people with in term of quality of life. Conclusion The life quality of tuberculosis patients is low, so we must pay much more attention on their life quality during the course of their medical treatment. |
