| 摘 要： | 目的:研究反流性食管炎、幽门螺旋杆菌在以夜间胸痛为首发症状的老年人中的发病率。方法:做心电图、胃镜、14碳尿素呼气试验并给予其相应的治疗,观察胸痛的变化。结果:反流性食道炎和(或)合并幽门螺旋杆菌感染在老年人夜间性胸痛的发病率最高。结论:反流性食道炎和(或)根治幽门螺旋杆菌治疗能明显缓解老年人夜间胸痛。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the relationship between the chest pain of old person at night and the incidence of reflux esophagitis with the infection of Helicobacter pylori.Methods:After some examinations such as 14C-urea breath test 、EKG and the treatment of reflux esophagitis and(or) Helicobacter pylori eradication,observe variety of the chest pain.Results:The high incidence of reflux esophagitis with the infection of Helicobacter pylori in the rate of chest pain of old person.Conclusion:The treatment of reflux esophagitis and(or) Helicobacter pylori eradication can reduce the chest pain of old person at night. |
