| 摘 要： | 艾滋病（AIDS）不仅仅是一个医学问题，同时也是一个社会问题，其所带来的影响已经远远超越了医学的范畴，给人们的传统伦理学观念带来了一次大的冲击，同时也给现有的法律条文、医疗救护、社会就业、人权、公共卫生政策等提出了不少新问题。文章主要就艾滋病的伦理学特性、艾滋病防治政策及其伦理学原则、AIDS病人的权利、义务、婚姻、治疗与处理等进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | AIDS is not only a medical problem, but also a social one. Its impact has far exceeded medical field. The traditional ethics was greatly struck, and a lot of problems have been brought about into the field of laws, medical rescue, employment, human rights, public health policy, etc. This article focuses on the ethical characteristics, the prevention and treatment policy of AIDS and its ethical principles, and the rights, obligations, marriage, and treatment of AIDS patients. AIDS has its specific bio - psycho - social characteristics, so we should study deeply about the ethical problems brought by AIDS. |
