综合医院躯体化症状为主诉的精神疾病62例误诊分析

目的　探讨综合医院中以躯体化症状为主诉的精神疾病误诊原因 ,从而减少误诊发生 ,提高早期诊治率。方法　按照 CCMD-3诊断标准 ,对我院门诊 62例以躯体化症状为主诉的精神病人的既往误诊情况进行分析 ,并探讨误诊原因。结果　以躯体化症状为主诉的精神疾病的误诊与患者突出的躯体化症状 ,首诊于非专科医院、非专业医务人员相关知识的缺乏等因素有关。结论　普及精神疾病知识 ,消除精神疾病偏见 ,非专业医务人员精神疾病知识的提高和及时请专业医务人员会诊是减少其误诊的重要因素

Analysis of the Mistreatment on 62 Patients with Psychosis Who Chiefly Complain the Body Symptoms in the Polyclinic

Objective To study the reason of the mistreatment for body symptom chiefly caused by psychosis in the polyclinic at the purpose of cutting down the occurring of mistreatment and to boost the rate of initial treatment.Methods Marking analysis of the 62 patients in our hospital who chiefly complain the body symptoms according to CCMD-3 a standard and trying to find out the cause of the mistreament.Results The result is it is mainly related to typical body symptom and the chief complaint of the patients who first go to the non-professional hospital and the lack of psychosis medical knowledge of the doctors there.Conclusion The most importart factor to reduce the mistreatment is to popularize psychosis medical knowledge and eliminate the prejudice towards psychosis and improve the psychosis medical knowledge of non-psychosis doctors and to ask for consultation in time.
