农药暴露与女性乳腺癌的相关性研究

摘    要:目的 分析环境中农药暴露与农业人群女性乳腺癌发病率和死亡率之间的相关关系。方法 收集沈阳市郊区 (县 ) 1990~ 2 0 0 0年农药使用量资料和 2 0 0 0年研究地区女性乳腺癌发病和死亡资料。以 1990~ 2 0 0 0年 11年平均的农药使用密度为自变量 ,以 2 0 0 0年女性乳腺癌年龄别发病率和死亡率为因变量 ,使用SPSS 10 0统计软件进行Spearman等级相关及线性回归分析。 结果 女性乳腺癌 3 5~ 64岁年龄组发病率和死亡率均与农药使用密度显著正相关 ,相关系数r(P值 )分别为 0 82 9(0 0 42 ) ,0 943 (0 0 0 5)。以 10岁为组距进行分析 ,结果显示 ,50~ 59岁年龄组发病率和 40~ 49岁年龄组死亡率与农药使用密度的相关有显著性差异 (P <40 0 5) ,相关系数r(P值 )分别为0 82 9(0 0 42 ) ,0 886(0 0 19)。线性回归分析显示 ,3 5~ 64岁年龄组死亡率与农药平均使用密度之间存在剂量 -反应关系 ,回归系数是 4 448(P <0 0 5)。结论 环境中农药暴露与农业人群女性乳腺癌发病率和死亡率之间存在相关关系 ;女性乳腺癌 3 5~ 64岁年龄组死亡率与农药平均使用密度之间存在剂量 -反应关系

Abstract:ObjectiveTo make sure whether there is significant corre lation between environmental pesticides exposure and breast cancer morbidity or mortality in agricultural women.MethodsTo collect both using data of pesticides in subur ban areas from 1990 to 2000 and breast cancer morbidity and mortality data of Sh enyang in 2000.To regard pesticides using density of 11-year average as independ ent variable,age-group breast cancer morbidity and mortality as dependent varibl e,respectively.The coefficients of rank corrleation and linear regression betwee n pesticides exposure and breast cancer morbidity and mortality are carried out by spss 10.0 statistical software.ResultsThe positive significant correlation is observed between pesticides using density and breast cancer morbidity and mortality in pe ople of 35-64 age group,respectively.The coefficients of correlation and P v alue are 0.829(0.042),0.943(0.005),respectively.Further analysis finds that 50-5 9 age group morbidity and 40-49 age mortality has significant positive correlati on with pesticides using density.The coefficient of correlation and value are 0 .829(0.042),0.886(0.019),respectively.Simple regression analysis finds that sign ificant dose-response relation exists between 35-64 age mortality and pesticide s using density.The regression coefficient is 4.448(P<0 05).ConclusionEnvironmental pesticides exposure is relative to morbidity and mortality of breast cancer in agricultural women.Linear relatio n is significant between 35-64 age mortality and pesticides using density.
