手术治疗脊髓灰质炎后遗症膝反屈畸形

目的 探讨脊髓灰质炎后遗症膝反屈畸形的手术治疗效果。方法 采用股骨下端和胫骨上端前侧骨骺刺激、股骨髁上前倾截骨、胫骨平台下植骨抬高术或上端截骨垫高术等5种手术方法治疗37例39个膝关节。结果 术后35例37个膝获随访，随访时间9个月～6年，平均4年5个月。29例达到矫正效果，4例畸形复发行二次手术。结论 膝反屈的成因复杂，只有根据临床类型选择正确的手术方法，才能达到矫正目的。

Surgical treatment for knee recurvation of poliomyelitis sequela

Objective To investigate the effect of treatment for knee recurvation of pliomyelitis sequela.Methods 37 cases(39 knees) were treated with anterior distal femoral and tibial epiphyses stimulating,femoral supracondylar antiverted osteotomy,elevation and bone grafting under tibial plateau and proximal tibial elevation osteotomy and bone grafting,respectively.Results 35 cases(37 knees) were followed up for 9~72 months,53 on average.29 cases got correction results.4 were undergone revision for deformities recurrence.Conclusions The causes of knee recurvation are complicated.Only according to the clinical types to select surgical method can the deformities correction be obtained.
