过期妊娠对母体的危害及对胎儿预后影响研究

目的:探讨过期妊娠对母体的危害及胎儿预后的影响。方法:以正常足月妊娠者300例为对照组,对300例过期妊娠者的妊娠结局进行研究。结果:过期妊娠使孕母手术产及产后出血发生率增加;使胎儿宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息的发生率增加;如并发胎盘老化、羊水过少则胎儿宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息的发生率更高;及时处理过期妊娠能够降低新生儿死亡率。结论:过期妊娠对母婴均有很大危害,应加强产前宣教,使孕妇及家属认识其危害,减少过期妊娠的出现;一旦确诊过期妊娠,即应尽快终止妊娠;对并发胎盘老化和羊水过少者,及时手术终止妊娠以降低新生儿窒息和死亡率显得尤为重要。

Study on Prolonged Pregnancy's Harm to the Mather Mother and Effects to on the Fetus Prognosis of Postterm Pregnancy

Objective: To investigate prolonged pregnancy's harm to the mother and effects on the fetus prognosis. Methods; 300 cases with normal pregnancy were in control group. 300 cases with prolonged pregnancy were in trial group. Results: The rates of mothers operation, postpartum hemorrhaye, fetal intrauterine distress and neonatal asphyxia were high in prolonged pregnancy group. If the complications of placenta degeneration and oligohydramnios occured, the rates of fetal intrauterine distress and infant asphyxia would be higher. Treatment in time can decrease the neonatal death rate. Conclusion: Pro-longed pregnancy has huge harm to the mother and infant. We should strengthen prenantal propaganda and education; decrease prolonged pregnancy; If it was diagnosed, the prolonged pregnancy should be terminated shortly; If the complications of placenta degeneration and oligohydramnios occur, it is important to operate in time to terminate the pregnancy.
