| 摘 要： | 目的:了解我院口服降糖药的应用情况及趋势。方法:采用限定日剂量(DDD)方法,对我院2004～2006年口服降糖药的用药频度(DDDs)、销售金额、日均费用等进行统计、分析。结果:我院口服降糖药的使用品种和数量呈逐年上升趋势,销售金额所占比例呈逐年下降趋势;3年中DDDs排序列前5位的依次是格列吡嗪、二甲双胍、格列喹酮、格列齐特、格列本脲。结论:我院口服降糖药的应用基本合理。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To probe into the status quo and the developmental trend of oral hypoglycemic agents used in our hospital.METHODS： Using the defined daily dose as the study unit to make statistic analysis of oral hypoglycemic agents used in our hospital during 2004-2006 in respect of DDDs, consumption sum and average daily cost etc.RESULTS： Both the cate- gories and consumption quantity of oral hypoglycemic agents increased year by year while the proportion of consumption sum was descending.Over the 3 years, dominating the first 5 places on the list of DDDs were glipizide, metformin, gliquidone, gliclazide and glibenclamide,respectively.CONCLUSION： The clinical use of oral hypoglycemic agents was basically reasonable in our hospital. |
