| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨P53及PTEN蛋白的异常表达在宫颈癌发病中的作用及临床意义.方法:免疫组织化学检测40例宫颈癌和15例慢性宫颈炎组织P53及PTEN蛋白的表达情况.结果:宫颈癌与慢性宫颈炎组,P53蛋白阳性表达率为70.00%(28/40)和13.33%(2/15),差异显著(P<0.05);PTEN蛋白阳性表达率为62.50%(25/40)和26.66%(4/15),差异显著(P<0.05).宫颈癌P53蛋白表达阳性组与阴性组,PTEN蛋白的阳性表达率分别为60.71%(17/28)、58.33%(7/12),差异不显著(P>0.05).结论:宫颈癌的发病过程中伴有P53及PTEN蛋白表达上调,但两者高表达机制各自独立.两种蛋白联合检测有助于临床宫颈癌的预测和诊断.
