安徽省北部疟疾流行区中华按蚊溴氰菊酯抗性现状

摘    要:目的探明安徽省北部疟疾流行区中华按蚊的溴氰菊酯抗性现状。方法选择涡阳县临湖镇、蒙城县坛城镇、太和县大新镇、利辛县纪五场乡,每乡镇各选取1个自然村,于2011年7~8月采用牛诱和猪诱法捕获饱血中华按蚊,采用WHO推荐的成蚊接触筒法进行按蚊敏感性测试。结果涡阳县临湖镇,蒙城县坛城镇、太和县大新镇、利辛县纪五场乡捕获的中华按蚊0.05%溴氰菊酯击倒率分别为2.73%、4.9%、4.72%和6.42%,校正死亡率分别为6.54%、7.78%、9.27%和11.18%,均为抗性群体。结论安徽省北部疟疾流行区中华按蚊已经对溴氰菊酯产生明显抗性。

Abstract:Objective To determine the resistance of Anopheles sinensis to deltamethrin in the malaria-endemic northern part of Anhui Province. Methods An.sinensis adults were collected in pig-and cow-baited traps in July and August 2011.Standards assays recommended by the WHO were used to test F0 generation females.Mortality was recorded 24 hours after exposure.
