| 摘 要： | 目的研究奶粉中混合菌种的检测方法。方法用直接平板分离法和增菌培养法对奶粉中质控菌株进行增菌、分纯,依据细菌生长特性、菌落平板特征、涂片革兰染色镜检结果、生化试验和血清学鉴定结果综合判断。结果奶粉中质控菌株为混合菌种,分别是金黄葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌O157∶H7。结论做混合菌种样品检测时,平板直接分离法效果较好;BHI肉汤培养诱导鞭毛抗原的方法值得推广使用。
