湖沼型疫区感染性钉螺分布调查

摘    要:目的了解湖沼地区感染性钉螺分布特点,为制定湖沼地区血吸虫病防治策略提供科学依据。方法收集荆州市2006~2010年9个县市区上报的阳性螺点资料,采用秩相关分析对感染性钉螺分布进行相关分析。结果 2006~2010年感染性螺点处数逐年减少,年间比较下降率为1.37%~37.35%。感染性螺点分布以沟渠为主,处数构成比87.89%~90.85%,沟渠和河滩感染性钉螺平均密度高于其他环境。感染性螺点主要分布在居民点500 m范围内,距居民点100~400 m范围内感染螺平均密度最高,经秩相关分析,感染螺平均密度与居民距离呈负相关。结论感染性螺点分布以沟渠为主,居民点500 m范围内有螺环境为高危易感地带。
