重庆市疟疾流行状况基线调查分析

目的了解重庆市疟疾发病情况、防治工作、防治能力等现状,为开展疟疾防治和评估效果提供基线数据。方法采用回顾性与现场调查相结合的方式,对重庆市疟疾发病情况、防治工作及防治能力等现状进行调查。结果重庆市2009年1月～2010年6月共报告疟疾病例60例,分布在18个区县,其中恶性疟7例,间日疟18例,未分型35例,疟疾病例实验室检测率、确诊率、规范治疗率、疫点处置率、个案调查率分别为53.33%、36.67%、70.00%、10.00%和85.00%;村民(0.11%)和学生(0.26%)的疟疾抗体水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);疟防知识学生知晓率(59.76%)高于村民(49.29%)(χ2=66.77,P<0.01);发热病人的血检率为0.16%。县级疾控机构、县级综合医院、乡镇卫生院的防保人员疟防知识近5年培训比例分别为45.16%、8.93%和23.16%;镜检人员疟原虫镜检技术培训比例分别为29.17%、71.88%和22.22%。县级和乡镇医院的医生疟防知识培训比例分别为11.65%和12.48%。结论重庆市疟疾流行水平较低,但防治工作和防治能力有待进一步提高。

Baseline survey and analysis of malaria prevalence in Chongqing City
