门控PET/CT评价猪双侧乳内动脉Y型搭桥术后的心肌血供

摘    要:目的 应用门控PET/CT评价猪双侧乳内动脉Y型搭桥术后桥血管和冠状动脉形态、心肌灌注、左心室功能.方法 对6头实验猪行双侧乳内动脉Y型搭桥术.术后送至PET中心对其再行门控13N-NH3心肌灌注和CT冠状动脉造影.结果 6头猪共12条桥血管的18处吻合口中15处显示清晰,冠状动脉充盈良好;左心室各壁心肌灌注放射性分布均匀,室壁运动正常,左心室功能均大于50%.结论 门控PET/CT可无创地评价搭桥术后血管形态、心肌灌注和左心室功能.双侧乳内动脉Y型搭桥术可为心脏提供充足血供.

Abstract:Objective To observe the shape of bridge vessels and coronary artery, myocardial perfusion and left ventricle function of pigs after bilateral internal mammary artery Y-bypass operation with gated PET/CT. Methods Six pigs were proceeded bilateral internal mammary artery Y-bypass operation, and were sent to PET center after operation. Then 13N-NH3 gated PET and CT coronary angiography were performed. Results Twelve bridge vessels and 15 in 18 anastomotic places were showed clearly. Coronary arteries filled well. The myocardial perfusion was well-distributed of left ventricular wall. The motion of the wall was normal. The left ventricular ejection function was greater than 50%. Conclusion Gated PET/CT can be used for noninvasive evaluation of vessels, myocardial perfusion and left ventricle function. Bilateral internal mammary artery Y-bypass operation can provide enough blood supply for the pig's heart.
