| 摘 要： | 目的了解湖沼型疫区成年居民和中小学生血防健康教育现状。方法采用现场随机问卷方式调查荆州区疫区居民和中小学学生,计算问卷应答正确率,血防知识知晓率和血防行为正确率。结果 369名成年居民的血防知识知晓率和血防行为正确率分别为98.10%和95.12%,男女之间、不同年龄组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。文盲知晓率和正确率分别为86.21%和82.76%,低于小学至高中文化程度者。262名学生血防知识和血防行为问卷应答正确率分别为93.98%和99.39%;学生血防知识知晓率和血防行为正确率分别为99.62%和97.33%。结论成年居民和学生血防知识知晓率和血防行为正确率均达到现行目标要求,成年居民血防知识知晓率和血防行为正确率与受教育程度有关。
