| 摘 要： | 目的观察育精阴合剂治疗中老年男子部分性雄激素缺乏综合征的临床疗效。方法将80例中老年男子部分性雄激素缺乏综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例；治疗组予育精阴合剂治疗，对照组予十一酸睾酮治疗，两组疗程均为2个月。观察两组临床疗效和中医证候评分、PADAM症状评分、血清性激素水平变化情况。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为76．92％和81．08％，组间疗效差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；两组治疗前后中医证候、PADAM体能和血管症状、精神症状及性功能减退症状评分差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；对照组治疗后血清T水平显著上升（P〈0．05）。结论育精阴合剂可改善中老年男子部分性雄激素缺乏综合征临床症状，提高患者生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of "Yujingyin Mixture" in treating partial androgen deficiency syndrome(PADM). Methods Eighty subjects were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group in which 40 cases were treated with "Yujingyin Mixture" and control group in which 40 cases were treated with testosterone undecanoate,with a course of two months.
