丙泊酚辅助老年人硬膜外麻醉镇静的临床观察

目的:观察丙泊酚辅助老年人硬膜外麻醉镇静的临床效果。方法:将46例在硬膜外麻醉下行下腹部手术治疗患者随机分为青年组和老年组,每组23例。对比两组的麻醉治疗效果及麻醉后各项指标恢复情况。结果:老年组用药量少于青年组,停药后呼唤睁眼时间、警觉/镇静评分达到4分和5分的时间长于青年组,呼吸抑制发生率高于青年组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:老年人使用丙泊酚辅助硬膜外麻醉镇静的效果较好,值得临床推广使用。

Clinical observation of propofol assisting elderly epidural anesthesia sedation

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of assisted elderly epidural anesthesia sedation with propofol.Methods:A total of 46 cases of abdominal surgery under epidural anesthesia were randomly divided into the youth group and older group,23 cases in each group.Compare with two groups of narcotic treatment indicators recovery after anesthesia.Results:The medicine of the elderly group was less than the young group,opening of eyes time after discontinuation of alertness/sedation score of 4 points and 5 minutes longer than the young group,respiratory depression,the high incidence of youth group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions:The better the effect of epidural anesthesia of propofol sedation in elderly,is worthy of clinical application.
