欣母沛治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的观察

目的观察欣母沛治疗宫缩乏力所致产后出血的疗效。方法对因宫缩乏力产后2h内出血量≥500mL的产妇，宫体注射欣母沛250μg，必要时15min重复进行。结果治疗前后的出血量有显著性降低，总有效率为96．15％．其中单次药显效率为88．16％。结论早期应用欣母沛治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血方便、快速、高效和安全，可降低切除子宫的危险性。

Obervation of uterine inertia postpartum hemorrhage treatment with Carboprost Tromethamine Injection

Objective To observe the treatment effect of Carboprost Tromethamine Injection on the uterine inertia postpartum hemorrhage.Methods The puerperas who were bleeding ≥500 mL in 2 h postpartum due to the uterine inertia,their corpus were injected 250 μg of Carboprost Tromethamine Injection,if necessary,15 min repeated.Results There was obvious reduction of bleeding amounts before and after the treatment,the total effective rate was 96.15%,of which a single drug effective rate was 88.16%.Conclusion The early use of Carboprost Tromethamine Injection is convenient,fast,efficient,safe and can reduce the risk of hysterectomy.
