| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨昆明山海棠胶囊对大鼠佐剂性关节炎T细胞的作用.方法:复制大鼠佐剂性关节炎动物模型,采用免疫组化法对大鼠外周血及关节滑膜T细胞亚群CD4 和CD8 进行检测.结果:与正常组相比较,模型组大鼠外周血中CD4 细胞数以及CD4 /CD8 比值均明显增高;关节滑膜CD4 细胞免疫组化反应阳性,呈现弥散性黄染.经昆明山海棠胶囊治疗后,外周血中CD4 细胞数明显减少;CD4 /CD8 比值明显降低;可改善滑膜淋巴细胞浸润情况.结论:昆明山海棠胶囊具有免疫调节作用.

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect of Kunmingshanhaitan (KMSHT) capsule to T cells of adjuvant arthritis (AA) in rats.Methods:We duplicated AA in rats.The number of CD 4 and CD 8 subtype cells was tested by immunohistochemistry in blood and synovium.Results:Compared with normal control rats, the AA rats showed that the number of CD 4 subtype cells increased significantly, and the ratio of CD 4 /CD 8 markedly elevated. The CD 4 stained yellow by immunohistochemistry in synovium was abundant. After treatment by KMSHT capsule, the number of CD 4 cells and the ratio of CD 4 /CD 8 markedly decreased. The knee synovium infiltration of lymphocytes was reduced.Conclusion:KMSHT capsule has the effect of immunoregulation. |
